Getting behind the lens

Panda came up with a great idea, today, while elfie left him to his own devices during her snowboarding adventures… perhaps HE could get behind the camera for a few days and take pictures of elfie’s escapades!

This could be interesting…

Orange

There was once a discussion on fufurasu.org (many years ago) about oranges: whether the color came first or the fruit.

Panda cares little for that, because as others are out making giant snowballs, he’s rolling his favorite fruit around, trying to find the weak spot to dig his paws in, peel it, eat it.

I think he needs some help, don’t you?

Bipolar weather

Moving from the southeastern part of England to live in southern Alberta has introduced Panda to a lot of new, intriguing phenomenons. One of the most peculiar is the Chinook wind effect.

About a month ago, he was in deep freeze. Now, in the middle of winter, he lies on a patch of green grass under the warm sun, next to some melting snow accumulated from the months before.

With temperatures as mild as 14C/57F, not only is he defrosting, but almost warming up to the idea of sunbathing!

Why did the Panda cross the chicken?

Because the chicken was walking along a path that intersected Panda’s path, and SOMEONE had to move first, otherwise they would have been standing there all day!

Always a surprise

Instead of being eaten up by the yeti thing, Panda was actually treated to a cup of coffee to warm up. Turns out, not all monsters are that bad! Even if they have really sharp teeth and look like they want to rip you to shreds.

Panda was grateful to be taken indoors, as he began to lose feeling in his little nose and stubby tail. The yeti thing saved his life! His luck really wasn’t up. And he was beginning to think the world was brightening up, too.
