Panda’s little feet were no good at keeping him from falling down the side of the slope, so he lowered his bum and slid all the way down.

The drop was a lot steeper than Panda thought. To make sure he didn’t slide all the way down the mountain, he tried to grab hold of everything that had a grip on the ground. It was hard work.

Panda knows that no matter how many more mountains he has to climb to get to Hawaii, he has to just keep moving. So he pulled Red Scarf along, down a winding path toward the valley.
